According to the new immigration law, you can invite your parents to stay with you in Canada for up to two years. One of the main conditions to get this new Super Visa is to buy medical insurance from a Canadian insurance company. 根据新的加拿大移民法，如果您是加拿大公民或永久居民, 那么您的父母或祖父母就可以申请允许在加拿大逗留更长时间的超级签证。申请超级签证的其中必不可少的条件之一，就是必须提供您父母或祖父母至少一年的加拿大医疗保险的证明。

Finally, the Government of Canada has simplified the way parents and grandparents can visit their family in Canada. All sponsorship applications have been suspended for now and instead replaced with the new Super Visa. It now takes about 4 to 8 weeks to receive the new visa and the it is given for 10 years. The parents or grandparents can stay in Canada for up to 2 years at a time.
